Shipping

Water Filter for Fridge ships anywhere in Australia using Australia Post. The approximate delivery time within Australia is 1-10 business days (depending on location) and 4-10 business days to New Zealand via Au Internation post 

Customers are responsible for any freight charges incurred.

Please note: Orders shipped via Australia Post will include a tracking number which will be sent to you via email once the item has been dispatched.

*Heavy-duty orders are excluded from free shipping

FREE SHIPPING:
Free shipping over $100AUD is limited to the sale of water filters and fittings. Items that are bulky, heavy or delicate are excluded from this offer. The items that are excluded from free shipping can be determined at checkout where the "Heavy" Shipping fee will be automatically applied.

Authority To Leave

By Authority To Leave on our Signature on Delivery option, you authorize the courier to leave the goods unattended at the delivery address and you accept that once the courier has done so, the complete order has been received. Selection of Authority to Leave is deemed by our couriers as a signature from the recipient.

Water Filter For Fridge and couriers associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from the Authority To Leave delivery method. You agree to release Water Filter For Fridge from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses if Authority To Leave is selected.

Should the courier be unable to leave the parcel or deem the location to be an unsafe area to leave the parcel or your instruction text is unclear, the courier may leave an attempted delivery card and return the parcel to their depot. Risk and title to the goods transfer to you after the first attempt at delivery irrespective of whether it was successful or not.

Warranty

All items include a manufacturer warranty as specified on that particular product description. We will only replace defective goods for which a proper Water Filter for Fridge RA (Return Authorisation) has been obtained. Please contact us for more information.

Your Rights To Return A Product

We will happily exchange for a similar product or accept a return for credit when you notify us within 30  days of purchase if you have changed your mind about a product, made an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an Order. We will not accept returns after 30 days. Return postage will be at Buyer’s expense.

Refunds and Returns

Refunds and returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase, and Order ID must be obtained prior to returning goods by calling us at 02 9695 7740 or by selecting Returns subject in contact page. or email to 

Refund or credit will only be issued after we received the goods and verified their conditions. The item must be returned to us in brand new condition, with the packaging and item being exactly as it was when you received it. All Products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that was shipped with the Product. You will receive your refund or credit within 3-5 business days after we received the goods. Any postage cost incurred during the transaction is not refundable. The fund will go back to your credit card, Paypal account, or nominated bank account depending on your initial payment method. Return postage will be at Buyer’s expense. Damaged, Faulty or  Incorrect Item

In case of a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item received return postage will be at Water Filter For Fridge expense and replacement of the item or refund will be provided as remedy. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item for damaged goods and within 30 days of purchase for faulty or incorrect items by calling our office at 02 9695 7740. If you choose to accept a new replacement, we will send the replacement item along with an Australia Post prepaid return bag to send the damaged, faulty, or incorrect item back to us. The return item can be dropped at any Australia Post Outlet once you received the new replacement.
