I have been struggling to find a replacement water filter for my 3M product - I eventually got on to WATER FILTER FOR FRIDGE - such a helpful person on the telephone as I couldn't find what I needed on the website! This person was so helpful - I needed to call twice! Also I couldn't believe the price - 1/2 what I have paid in the past - well done and thank you!!

Difficult clamshell packaging
The filter works fine, but the clamshell packaging is lethal. It takes considerable effort to cut with scissors and a sharp utility blade to open and rip apart, resulting in very sharp hard plastic.

Ordered it Sunday arrived on Tuesday morning. Good price for the original filter compared to the other big name company that was the original supplier for these filters but now only sell there "premium cartridge". Water tastes great there is so much chlorine in the town water that its like drinking a swimming pool when comparing side by side with the filtered. Just wish it was more clear on what exactly the filter is filtering out as far as chemicals and minerals, etc.

I am very happy with this above sink water filter. It looks smart and delivers very clean drinking water that is much preferable to tap. As there were no instructions in the box I rang the company and the gentleman walked me through the process which was very easy. Great product, great price!
